Saco Bound to the Pig Farm is is an exceptional outing for families. The length is moderate (7 miles with calm water) and features a wide-open non-obstructed river course with many beaches for swimming and picnicking. We also provide children’s sized life jackets.

Introductory Trip
For those who want a short trip to try canoeing or kayaking, we offer a 3 mile / 1 hour trip to Weston's Bridge. Leave after 11am.

Late April to mid October, Saco Bound offers complete canoe & kayak rental programs, which include the highest quality canoes, touring kayaks and accessories at very affordable prices. Excellent maps are available.With years of experience in river sports our staff is always happy to offer tips, advice & river info. We offer trip planning, shuttle service and private put-ins for those with their own canoes and kayaks.

Private Access, No-fee Parking, and Private Take-outs. One of the most convenient features of Saco Bound is that once you arrive at Saco Bound, you are at our private, well staffed, put-in on the Saco with free parking and no shuttles necessary to the river.You also get to use our private take-outs, which are run strictly for the convenience of our customers. Private campsites are also available. Saco Bound operates 6 private riverfront facilities for our customers’ maximum convenience.
